Students may be eligible for additional Pell Grant funding for summer even if they
used 100% of their yearly Pell Grant in the fall and spring as full-time students.
To be eligible for the additional Pell Grant, you must:
- be enrolled at least 6 credit hours for the summer term
- be making satisfactory academic progress
- be eligible for a Pell Grant according to federal guidelines at your enrollment level
If you are enrolled for less than 6 credit hours for summer, you will only be eligible
for a Pell Grant if you did not use 100% of your Pell Grant during the fall and spring
terms.
Students who graduate from EICC before the summer semester will not be eligible for
a summer Pell Grant.
