Conduct campus tours, assist with orientations and on campus events. Promotion of clubs, activities, sports, and EICC programs. Prospective student follow-up and walk students through admission steps, thank you note writing, prep folders, student activities events and projects, dress as the eagle mascot for events. Serve as overall student ambassador for the college. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Completed and passed the MFG:106 Workplace Safety with OSHA 10 General Industry Card class
- Seeking a manufacturing education
- Have the proper welding personal protective equipment
- Welding hood, jacket, and gloves
- Carpenter pants or jeans
- Steel-toed shoes
- 100% cotton shirts
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to work in hot conditions
Preferred:
- Able to set up welding machines, handle materials, and perform basic maintenance
- Able to assist instructors and students effectively
- Keep the welding lab clean
- Manage inventory
- Ensure tools are properly stored
Skill Development Opportunities:

- Utilizing library resources
- Utilizing electronic database resources
- Work with students across disciplines and writing skill level
- Work with English as a Second Language students
- Tutoring may be on a one-on-one basis or may take place in a group setting with the tutor moving from student to student
Qualifications:
Required:
- Have completed and earned an A in both English Composition I and II
- Provide a writing sample
- Strong reading, writing, and research skills
Preferred:
- Recommendation from a former English Composition instructor
- Must be comfortable working with people
- Must be able to multitask (during peak times, you may help multiple students at the same time)
- Microsoft Word functions (setting font, double-spacing, headings, etc.)
