Why are so many of our HVAC graduates hired by local firms? Our accredited program provides extensive hands-on experience in repair, maintenance, and installation. Our grads are skilled and great at what they do. You will be, too. In less than a year you can be working in the field. Iowa’s Last-Dollar Scholarship may even cover your tuition.
What You Learn in HVAC
Through lectures and labs, learn to work on residential and commercial HVAC systems. It's a fast-paced program that covers sheet metal application, electrical troubleshooting, the refrigeration cycle, and more. Techs must follow government regulations for refrigerants, so we cover that, too. Our program is the only one in Iowa fully accredited by HVAC Excellence. Graduate with a diploma and ready to ace industry competency exams.
