Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is launching a new executive-level leadership program for business owners and senior leaders navigating complex decisions, change, and high-stakes environments.
Strategic Executive Leadership begins Feb. 3 and is limited to 10 participants. The four-session, in-person program meets at EICC’s Urban Campus in downtown Davenport. The cohort meets weekly from 8 to 11 a.m. The cost is $995 and registration is open now at eicc.edu/executive.
The program is designed to strengthen strategic thinking, decision-making, and mental resilience. Participants gain practical tools to navigate uncertainty, manage disruption, and lead with clarity under pressure.
The small-cohort format emphasizes peer learning and discussion, allowing executives to learn from one another’s experience while applying concepts to real-world challenges.
The program focuses on strategic thinking, adaptation, communication and conflict management, decision-making and time management. Participants also develop a system to monitor, improve, and apply strategic thinking skills beyond the program.
In addition to the new executive program, EICC offers leadership development opportunities for emerging, new, and experienced leaders. These include programs designed for frontline supervisors, managers, and directors.
EICC recently revised its Leadership: Beyond Management program, now called Next Level Leadership for Managers, which is designed for manager- and director-level professionals seeking to expand their leadership impact.
Registration for Strategic Executive Leadership and other EICC leadership programs are open now at eicc.edu/executive.
