Meet Courtney Cooper, our dynamic Executive Assistant to the President and Stage Director
for the Theater Department at Muscatine Community College (MCC). With one year in
her current role and four years as a theater director, Courtney brings a unique blend
of administrative expertise and creative passion to the President's Office. Inspired
by the supportive staff she encountered as a student, Courtney now strives to be that
encouraging presence for others. She loves interacting with students, planning events,
and directing plays. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys cosplay and theater, and she's
an avid gamer. Her favorite quote, "It's time to try living again," from Astarion

- What inspired you to work in education?
When I was a student, I always enjoyed that the staff at MCC was so open and encouraging. I wanted to be that for someone else. - What do you enjoy most about your job?
