At Nyweide-Scott Hall, our single-room option gives you the best of both worlds: a private bedroom to make your own and the comfort of a shared apartment with a built-in support system. In the single-room setup, enjoy your own fully furnished bedroom, featuring:
- One desk and chair
- One dresser
- One Twin XL bed
- One armoire closet
A bathroom that features:
- A double-sink vanity
- A walk-in shower or tub/shower combo
Every apartment at Nyweide-Scott Hall follows a four-bedroom layout. You’ll share the space with two other roommates—one who shares your bathroom and another who has their own. Together, you’ll enjoy common areas like the kitchen, dining space, and living room.

Cost Per Semester
The suite-style room is $2,055 per semester*, with all utilities included. That means electricity, water, internet, and peace of mind.
*Rates are subject to annual approval by the EICC Board of Trustees.
