Want space to spread out and make it your own? The suite-style rooms at Nyweide-Scott Hall give you double the setup and double the flexibility. With two private rooms and your own bathroom area, you can turn one into a cozy bedroom and the other into a study nook, lounge, walk-in closet—or anything in between. It’s your corner of campus. Make it work for you.
Inside your suite-style space, you’ll find:

- Two twin XL beds
- Two armoire closets
You’ll share the apartment with two other roommates, matched by interests, program, and lifestyle preferences. We try to make it feel like home, just with fewer chores and way more ping pong.

Cost Per Semester
The suite-style room is $2,570 per semester*, with all utilities included. That means electricity, water, internet, and peace of mind.
*Rates are subject to annual approval by the EICC Board of Trustees.
