Adult Literacy
The ability to read and write is vital to surviving in today’s society. Without it, finding a job, filling out forms and even determining which dressing room to use in a department store can be difficult, if not impossible.
Let us help. Our Adult Education programs at Clinton, Muscatine, and Scott Community Colleges offer basic literacy training for adults, ages 16 and over. Volunteer tutors provide you one-on-one instruction in reading and writing in English.
