Prepare supervisors to lead people and understand the business.
The Manufacturing Management Certificate is a 10-class, in-person program developed with input from local industry leaders. It prepares new and emerging supervisors to succeed by combining leadership skills with essential business and operational knowledge.
Participants learn how to lead effectively on the floor while understanding key performance indicators, financial basics, HR responsibilities, and emerging technologies shaping manufacturing today.
Graduates earn an EICC microcredential that recognizes their readiness to lead.
