Illinois Tuition
Lower tuition rate for nearby Illinois residents!
There’s good news for Illinois residents. Eastern Iowa Community Colleges offers a
special tuition for residents living near our Iowa border.
Tuition for the 2023-24 academic year is $216 per credit hour. That's the same tuition we charge for our online classes.
If you're a resident in the nearby Illinois counties of Carroll, Whiteside, Rock Island,
Mercer and Henry you're eligible for this special rate, more than $46 PER CREDIT HOUR
off our normal out-of-state rate.
This rate is available for students attending Clinton, Muscatine and Scott Community Colleges, as well as any of our satellite locations.
Plus, financial aid and scholarships are available!
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges delivers a number of unique programs not available
at other area colleges. The special tuition rate provides better access for those
students who reside in the college's greater service area but just happen to live
east of the Mississippi River.
